Booking Process
We offer multiple convenient options to secure your booking, whether you prefer to contact us through our website, via email, or by phone. For instant bookings made directly on our website, full payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm your spot. If you are interested in a personalized or tailor-made package, we ask for a 50% deposit, which you can send via bank transfer or PayPal—whichever is easier for you. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival in Yogyakarta, ensuring flexibility and security for your travel plans. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation, as well as information about your itinerary and next steps.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans need to change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as early as possible to help us serve you efficiently and fairly. For multi-day tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of your payment or deposit, minus any bank or PayPal transaction fees. For single-day trips, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than these notice periods unfortunately cannot be refunded, as we will have already committed resources and arrangements on your behalf.
