Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to change your travel plans. That’s why we have developed a transparent and fair refund policy designed to give you peace of mind when booking with us.

Cancellation Policy

For multi-day tour packages, we kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled departure. This advance notice allows us to make the necessary adjustments, such as offering your space to other interested travelers and managing logistics with our partners and service providers. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund due to the commitments and costs already incurred on your behalf.

For day tour packages, please notify us of your cancellation no later than 24 hours before your trip is set to begin. This time frame enables us to coordinate with our team and handle bookings efficiently. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, as last-minute changes can be difficult to accommodate and may result in lost opportunities for other guests.

Refund Policy

If you cancel within the designated timeframes outlined above and have already completed your payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. However, please note that any non-recoverable costs or fees that we have already paid on your behalf—such as entrance tickets, hotel reservations, or transportation bookings—will be deducted from your refund. We strive to be as transparent as possible and will provide a breakdown of any such deductions upon request.

In the rare event that Beautiful Jogja Travel and Tour Agency must cancel your reservation for reasons beyond our control—such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen operational challenges—you will receive a complete refund. We believe in maintaining trust with our clients, so there are no hidden fees or complicated procedures in these cases.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward. Just send an email to info@beautifuljogjatours.com with your reservation details and a brief explanation of your reason for cancellation. Our customer support team will promptly review your request, verify your eligibility for a refund, and begin processing it. Most refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your request. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
